Refund Policy

Whenever something goes wrong after we have begun or completed a task, we want to make things right, so please contact us as soon as possible.

Money-Back Guarantee


We will issue a full refund for your service orders if we are unable to resolve your request within the estimated time frame. No questions asked.

Valid for Troubleshooting and Small Tasks only. Not valid for Speed Optimization and other services.

Exceptions:


If any of the following conditions are met, your request will be ineligible for a money-back guarantee:

  • The user does not respond to updates within 7 business days
  • The user violates the Terms of service or code of conduct
  • The work already approved by the user prior to a refund request

If any of the following conditions are met, we will issue credits for future usage or a partial refund:

  • You are dissatisfied with the results of the completed assignment.
  • Cancellations made ahead of time.
