Refund Policy

Whenever something goes wrong after we have begun or completed a task, we want to make things right, so please contact us as soon as possible.

We will issue a full refund if any of the following conditions are met:

  • We are unable to assist you with your request due to technical restrictions or causes beyond our control.

If any of the following conditions are met, we will issue credits for future usage or a partial refund:

  • You are dissatisfied with the results of the completed assignment.
  • Cancellations made ahead of time.
