Billing & Refunds

When you decide to sign up for a service, you will receive a proposal. Proposals outline details about job requirements, timelines, and costs. All proposals are in USD.

Upfront payment is required for a job to be scheduled in our system.

Refund Policy

If something goes wrong after we have started or finished the task, we are all about being fair, so please reach out to us.

All our services are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations are not possible after signing up.

We offer a full refund if:

  • We cannot assist you with your request for technical reasons.
  • When you are not pleased with the end result, which needs to be supported with bugs or conflict in the system.

We offer credits for future use or partial refund if:

  • You are not satisfied with the completed task.
  • Early cancellations.

Task credits expire after 90 days.
